Dr. Mitchell’s office hours are on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. We are open from 8:30am – 4:00pm with a lunch break from 1:00 – 2:00pm.

New Patients are seen at 8:30am and 2:00pm. Please click and download the New Patient forms and fill them out prior to your first appointment.

We take cash and checks but do not accept any form of credit or debit cards as a form of payment.

We accept most insurance plans. We DO NOT accept the following:
